REFUND POLICY

Fallswood Marketing's refund policy is applicable under the following conditions:

• No refunds for special packages, approved design concepts, or revisions.
• Cancellations unrelated to the company won't be refunded.

• Money-back guarantee only for completely rejected initial designs; partial refunds incur a 33% deduction.
